USDA - Asessed the warehouse operations at two unique warehouses to evalute and recommend the best of breed among a dozen commercially availabe Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Defense Acquisition University - Led the assessement and implementation of acquisition training for half of the more than 100,000 members of the Defense Acquisition Wokforce across 5 career fields. This resulted in the first prerequisite training model as well as hybrid online and classroom courses.
Canadian Department of National Defence - Performed a supply chain process assessment as part of the implementation of an enterprise resource planning software (SAP S/4HANA)
Huntington Ingalls Shipyard - Assessed the asset identification methods and practice. Installed new bar coded identication hardware based on International standards for physical assets and locations as part of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.
Wind Mobile - Evaluated current operations and created the national strategy for all supply chain and contract management related activities.
Instant Pot - Project Manager and SME for the creators of the Instant Pot pressure cooker; the top cookware product on Amazon globally. He mapped their existing processes, transformed their international value chain and developed the RFP for the selection of a new WMS and ERP solution.
