Our team has more than 20 years of Item Unique Identification (IUID) and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC). Our Vice President was the functional lead for US DoD and NATO (2003-2012) and has consulted with International Defense and Industry.
We provide corporate implementation planning, guidance and policies. Our goal is to get you to not only compliance, but to utilization of these technicals to make business process improvements. Federal Government
NASA - Assessed the business processes across 14 unique instances of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software resulting in a single instance roadmap across all 14 locations.
USDA - Assessed the warehouse operations at two unique warehouses to evaluate and recommend the best of breed among a dozen commercially available Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Defense Acquisition University - Led the assessment and implementation of acquisition training for half of the more than 100,000 members of the Defense Acquisition Workforce across 5 career fields. This resulted in the first prerequisite training model as well as hybrid online and classroom courses.
North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) - Our Vice President served as the first NATO Item Unique Identification Working Group Chair and represented the US in the NATO Asset Tracking Working Group Technical Panel and the Lifecycle Management Allied Committee. We have provided the thought leadership with several NATO nations on the implementation of Automatic Identification Technologies and IUID.

Canadian Department of National Defence - Performed a supply chain process assessment as part of the implementation of an enterprise resource planning software (SAP S/4HANA)
Huntington Ingalls Shipyard - Assessed the asset identification methods and practice. Installed new bar coded identification hardware based on International standards for physical assets and locations as part of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.
Commercial
Wind Mobile - Evaluated current operations and created the national strategy for all supply chain and contract management related activities.
Instant Pot - Project Manager and SME for the creators of the Instant Pot pressure cooker; the top cookware product on Amazon globally. He mapped their existing processes, transformed their international value chain and developed the RFP for the selection of a new WMS and ERP solution.
